Alicia’s story is one woven with experience and empathy, transformation and empowerment!  With over twelve years in the organizing industry, she took the reins of her family’s twenty year business, giving birth to Refresh, infusing it with her unique perspective. Her dual Masters in education, including Special Education, speak volumes about her ability to individualize the process for each project. Alicia effortlessly connects with people facing challenges, guiding them to a better path. Her guiding light? A passion to redefine lives, enabling countless individuals to embrace a profoundly better existence.
